The space

Welcome to our luxurious 4-bedroom, 3.5-bath Lake Athens lakefront property, where you can enjoy a peaceful and tranquil stay. This stunning remodeled house is perfect for families or groups of friends who want to unwind in style.

The spacious master bedroom features a king-size bed and an en-suite bathroom with a humongous dual shower, providing the perfect place to relax after a long day. The second bedroom has a king-size bed and an en-suite bathroom with a shower that has two shower heads including a rain shower. The third bedroom boasts another king-size bed, and the fourth bedroom is a bunk room with six full beds, perfect for kids or young adults (*NOTE: There are 3 trundle full beds. It gets crowded if all of them are used, but technically there are 9 full beds in the bunk room).

Enjoy your morning Nespresso coffee on the back patio while taking in the breathtaking views of the water, and relax in the hot tub after a long day of activities. The outdoor furniture is perfect for dining al fresco while enjoying the beautiful scenery. The fire pit is a hoot and the perfect opportunity to make s’mores. We provide the wood to make your campfire dreams come true.

The property sits on 2.5 acres, so you have plenty of space to explore, and you can take advantage of the covered dock to relax by the water’s edge. You might even spot some deer during your stay!

Inside, there are two 65-inch flat-screen Smart TVs, one in the master bedroom and one in the living room, perfect for movie nights or catching up on your favorite shows. The kids’ room has toys and a table and chairs for the little ones to enjoy. The coffee bar is stocked with a Nespresso machine and traditional coffee maker, and the kitchen has all the basic items you need to cook and bake during your stay.

***We’ve partnered with a local boat rental company to offer you the option to have a pontoon boat on the dock lift upon your arrival, so you can explore the water at your leisure. Please note that drivers of the boat need to be at least 25 years old, and you’ll need to notify us at least 72 hours before your stay to have the boat available.

If you’re looking for some outdoor activities, the Texas Freshwater Fisheries Center is a short walk or drive away. You can also dine at the Boathouse Bar and Grill, which is just a 3-minute drive away and considered one of the best restaurants in Athens. Pine Dunes Golf Course is about 30 minutes away, perfect for golf enthusiasts.
